1. Research and Initial Preparation:

• First, we conduct a detailed analysis of your industry.
• We review the websites of businesses offering services in the same field throughout your country and in your local area.
• We also carry out keyword and ranking analysis on Google related to your industry.

We then share the insights gathered from these three stages with you and begin the project on a solid foundation.

2. Temporary Launch and Content Planning:

Once the process begins, we place a temporary design on your domain indicating that your website is currently in progress.

After that, we plan the content structure of your website:

• Which pages will be included,
• Which sections each page will contain,
• How the content flow will be organized

3. Design and Development Process:

After your approval, we move on to the design stage.

During this process:

• We present 3 different homepage designs for desktop view.
• Based on the design direction you prefer, we design and develop the other pages.
• We make sure your website looks fully responsive across all devices, including desktop computers, laptops, tablets, and mobile phones.

4. Domain, Hosting, and Email Setup:

• If you have not registered your domain name yet, we support you throughout the domain selection and registration process.
• We handle your domain and server settings.
• We also complete your business email setup and the necessary configurations.

5. Measurement and Analytics Setup:

We set up all the necessary systems so you can track your website’s performance and visitor activity:

• Google Analytics
• Google Search Console
• Google Tag Manager
• Google Ads (if you have an advertising plan)

In addition, we make advanced settings so that clicks on your WhatsApp button, phone button, or any other custom actions you define can also be tracked in Analytics.

6. Visual and Content Support:

We source the stock images to be used on your website under your business name with the appropriate licenses. We also share the license files with you.

7. Support and Post-Launch Service:

After the project is completed, we provide the following services free of charge for 1 year:

• technical support
• maintenance
• updates
• backups

8. Hosting Infrastructure:

Your website can be hosted free of charge on our fast private servers located in Turkey, each with a dedicated IP address.

If you prefer to have a server fully dedicated to your business, we can recommend suitable providers and hosting plans for your needs.

If you already have an existing server and it meets the necessary technical requirements, we can also complete the installation and all related settings on your server.

9. Brand Review and Design Support:

We do not approach the project solely from the perspective of your website. We evaluate your business as a whole in the digital space and also share reviews and analysis related to your company’s and company owners’ or managers’ public social media accounts, especially LinkedIn.

We review the profile and cover images used on your social media accounts, and if there is any incorrect usage, we adjust them to the proper dimensions and deliver them to you.

Our goal is to help your website, social media accounts, and search engine presence come together in a consistent, professional, and strong way by the end of the process.

10. Timeline and Payment:

The total project timeline usually ranges from 7 to 14 days, depending on the scope of the work.

At the beginning of the project, we ask for a 50% upfront payment.

The remaining balance is requested after your website goes live.
