01
INITIAL CONSULTATION AND APP GOALS
First, we focus on understanding your idea, your target users, and the role the app will play in your business.
At this stage, we clarify:
- who the app is for,
- the main problem it should solve,
- whether it is for your customers, your team, or both,
- and the platform it should launch on first: iOS or Android.
02
MARKET AND COMPETITOR REVIEW
We review similar apps on the App Store and Google Play.
During this process, we evaluate:
- the features they offer,
- how their interfaces and user flows work,
- what users praise or complain about in their reviews,
- and opportunities that can help set your app apart.
03
PLATFORM AND SCOPE PLANNING
We define the first version of your app around a clear core feature set.
Within this scope, we plan:
- the target platform and devices,
- the core features and screens,
- user accounts and data needs,
- and the backend and services behind the app, such as a server or notifications.
We confirm the features, deliverables, and price in a written proposal before development begins.
04
USER EXPERIENCE AND INTERFACE DESIGN
We plan how users will move through the app and design its screens with the platform’s conventions in mind, so it feels familiar and easy to use.
You review the screen designs and user flows, and we refine them together before development starts.
05
APP DEVELOPMENT
We develop the core features based on the approved designs.
We share test versions of the app at planned review points, so you can try it on your own device and give feedback along the way.
06
BACKEND AND INTEGRATIONS
When your app needs them, we set up the backend and services behind it:
- data storage and user accounts,
- an admin panel for managing your app’s content and users,
- connections to your existing systems through APIs,
- and push notifications, when they are part of your project.
The backend runs on our servers, with no separate server fee: hosting is part of our annual service plan.
07
TESTING ON TARGET DEVICES
We test the app on the target devices and screen sizes, check the main user flows, and fix the issues we find before release.
08
STORE PREPARATION AND RELEASE
We prepare your app for publication on the App Store or Google Play.
This includes:
- store screenshots and descriptions,
- the required app information and privacy details,
- a privacy policy page for your app, which both stores require,
- and support throughout the submission process.
Store approval is decided by Apple and Google. We help you meet their requirements and respond to any feedback during review.
09
HANDOVER AND NEXT STEPS
After release, we hand over the agreed access, accounts, and files.
The first year of our annual service plan, covering hosting of your app’s backend on our servers, technical support, maintenance, and updates for new operating system versions, is included in your project. After that, the plan continues for an annual fee.
A second platform or new features can be planned as the next phase of your app.
10
TIMELINE AND PAYMENT
The timeline for the Mobile App Development service varies depending on the scope of the project, including the number of features, the backend it needs, and review stages.
The planned schedule, milestones, and payment schedule are confirmed in your written proposal before work begins.
