01
INITIAL CONSULTATION AND REQUIREMENTS
First, we focus on understanding your business, the people who will use the application, and the problem it needs to solve.
At this stage, we clarify:
- who will use the application and in which roles,
- which tasks it should make faster or easier,
- the tools, spreadsheets, or systems you currently use,
- and the information the application needs to store and display.
Our goal is to build an application around how your business actually works, not around a generic template.
02
WORKFLOW AND PROCESS ANALYSIS
We map your current workflow step by step and identify where time is lost, where errors occur, and which steps can be simplified or automated.
Based on this review, we define the core workflow that the first version of your application will be built around.
03
SCOPE AND FEATURE PLANNING
We turn the workflow into a clear feature plan for the first version.
Within this scope, we define:
- the screens and pages of the application,
- user accounts, roles, and permissions,
- the data structure,
- dashboards and reports,
- an admin panel for managing content, users, and records,
- online payments through trusted providers, when needed,
- and any integrations with services you already use.
We confirm the features, deliverables, and price in a written proposal before development begins.
04
USER EXPERIENCE AND INTERFACE DESIGN
Before development, we plan how users will move through the application and design its key screens.
During this process, we prepare:
- user flows for the main tasks,
- interface designs for the key screens,
- clear forms, tables, and navigation,
- and layouts that work in desktop, tablet, and mobile browsers.
You review the designs, and we refine them together before development starts.
05
APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT
We develop the application based on the approved designs and feature plan.
We work in stages and share progress at planned review points, so you can see the application take shape and give feedback along the way.
06
INTEGRATIONS AND DATA
When they are part of your project, we connect your application to the services your business already relies on through APIs.
If your current data lives in spreadsheets or another system, we can also plan how it is moved into the new application.
07
SECURITY AND ACCESS
We build the application with secure access in mind.
Within this scope, we set up:
- secure sign-in for users,
- role-based permissions, so each user only sees what they need,
- encrypted connections (HTTPS),
- and backups for your application data.
08
TESTING AND QUALITY CHECKS
Before launch, we test the main user flows across browsers and devices, check how the application handles real data, and fix the issues we find.
You also test the application yourself and share your final feedback before it goes live.
09
LAUNCH AND HANDOVER
We prepare the application for launch and complete the server, domain, and deployment settings.
After launch, we hand over the agreed access, accounts, and documentation, and walk your team through how to use the application.
Your application is hosted on our servers, with no separate server fee: hosting is part of our annual service plan. If you prefer your own server and it meets the technical requirements, we can install the application there instead.
The first year of our annual service plan, covering hosting on our servers, technical support, security, maintenance, and backups, is included in your project. After that, the plan continues for an annual fee.
New features and further workflows can be planned as the next phase of your application.
10
TIMELINE AND PAYMENT
The timeline for the Web Application Development service varies depending on the scope of the project, including the number of features, integrations, and review stages.
The planned schedule, milestones, and payment schedule are confirmed in your written proposal before work begins.
