PRICING QUESTIONS
Is the starting price a fixed package price?
No. The starting price covers the starting scope described above. Your final price depends on the scope and features of your project, and you receive a written proposal with the total project fee before work begins.
Are these monthly subscriptions?
No. The prices shown are one-time project fees. After launch, hosting on our servers, technical support, security, maintenance, backups, business email, and content updates are part of our annual service plan. The plan is billed once a year, separately from the project fee. The first year of the plan is included in every website and app project. If you prefer to manage your website or app yourself, the plan is not required.
What about hosting, domains, licenses, and platform costs?
Hosting on our servers has no separate fee: it is part of our annual service plan, and the first year is included in your project. Licenses for the stock images we use in your project are included in the project price. Some costs are paid by you directly to the provider, such as advertising spend, online store or payment provider fees, and App Store or Google Play developer accounts. Your proposal identifies these costs and who is responsible for each one.
How long will my project take?
Delivery depends on the scope, features, available content, and review stages. As a guide, a website usually takes 7 to 14 days, a Website & Brand Analysis 3 to 7 days, a Brand Development project 10 to 14 days, and a logo design on its own 3 days. When corporate identity materials are added, and for app projects, the schedule depends on the scope. The proposal confirms the planned schedule, milestones, and any information or feedback needed from you.
How many revisions are included?
Review stages and the scope of revisions are confirmed in the proposal. We evaluate feedback against the work listed in your proposal; new pages, features, or a changed direction may require an updated scope and price.
How does payment work?
For websites, analyses, logo and identity design, and brand development, we ask for a 50% upfront payment at the beginning, and the remaining balance after the work is delivered or your website goes live. For web and mobile app projects, the payment schedule is set in your proposal. Your proposal confirms the payment method and schedule before you approve the project.
Can I combine services?
Yes. For example, a website can be planned alongside a visual identity, or a brand review can help shape a later redesign. We plan what is done together and confirm the total price in the proposal.
What happens if the scope changes?
We discuss the effect on price and timing, then confirm the updated scope before adding the new work. This way, nothing is added to the price without your approval.
What happens when I request a proposal?
The button opens our contact form with your chosen service already selected. Tell us what you want to build or improve, the main features or materials involved, your current website if available, and your preferred start date.
